The terms and conditions (the “Terms”) set out below govern your participation in the Promotion (as more particularly described below). By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by the Terms of the Promotion and any such variation/modification which Kristal Advisors (SG) Pte. Ltd. (the “Kristal.AI”) will carry out at its sole discretion:

Qualifying Kristals:
‍Kristal.AI in collaboration with BondEvalue Pte. Ltd. has launched this Promotion for Eligible Clients investing in bonds via thematic BondbloX Kristals, as made available on the Platform. Kristals that qualify under the Terms of this Promotion include any BondbloX Kristals that the Eligible Client invests in, including but not limited to SGD REIT Perps Kristal, USD Bank Perps Kristal and SGD Bank Perps Kristal (the “Qualifying Kristal”). Investments in either a single or a combination of BondbloX Kristal(s) shall qualify under these Terms.
For the avoidance of doubt, the terms “Kristal” and “Platform” shall have the meanings assigned to them under the Kristal Service Agreement as entered into between the Eligible Client and Kristal.AI.

Promotion:
‍ Subject to the Terms, an Eligible Client will receive a discount of USD/SGD 1,000/-, upon the purchase of every USD/SGD 100,000/- face value of Qualifying Kristal (the “Discount”). The applicable discount shall be based on the amount of investment that the Eligible Client makes during the Promotional Period (an Eligible Client should invest a minimum of USD/SGD 100,000/-, or such other higher amount in multiples of 100,000, in the Qualifying Kristal). The face value of the investment amount for this Promotion is not capped per Eligible Client. For instance, a USD/SGD 500,000/- face value of the investment in the Qualifying Kristal will be eligible for a USD/SGD 5000/- discount.
The face value of the investment amount shall be either in Singapore dollar (“SGD”) or United States dollar (“USD”), as the case may be depending on the currency used to purchase the Qualifying Kristal, and the applicable Discount shall be provided for in the same currency in accordance with the Terms.

Promotional Period:
The Promotion shall commence on January 20, 2022, and shall end on July 31, 2022 (both dates inclusive), or such other date(s) as may be decided by Kristal.AI at its sole discretion.

Eligibility:
‍ All clients of Kristal.AI who have opted in as Accredited Investors shall be deemed eligible for this Promotion (the “Eligible Client”). For avoidance of doubt, the Promotion shall not be available for employees of BondEvalue Pte. Ltd.

Jurisdiction: The Promotion is applicable to all Eligible Clients in Singapore, Hong Kong, India and Middle East.

Other terms:
You shall not distribute any marketing materials without Kristal.AI’s prior written consent.
Kristal.AI reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel the Promotion and its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to you.
In case of any dispute, Kristal.AI reserves the right of final decision on all matters relating to this Promotion and Kristal.AI’s decision shall be final and binding on all parties concerned.
You agree to indemnify Kristal.AI for any damages, losses, costs, charges or expenses that Kristal.AI may incur arising from your failure to comply with the terms of any applicable laws, regulations, fraud, misrepresentation or gross negligence.
By qualifying under this Promotion, you have accepted to adhere to the terms and conditions contained herein.
This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, special promotions or discounts offered by Kristal.AI.
